Hi guys - first post!
We purchased a new puppy on the weekend - a beautiful 6week old Labrador retriver.
I have noticed that when he starts to run, he 'bunny hops' (after first running normally for a few steps).
I am worried about HD, and although I know that cannot be diagnosed for several months, is this a possible early sign? Or do all puppies do the bunny hop when they are excited?
What is the difference between a 'bunny hop' and a normal run for a dog, where the two front feet move together, and the two back feet move together?
