Dogs News : Bee Stings

On our walk in the woods Tuesday evening, Libby found a bees nest (yellow jackets I think) and was stung 8-10 times. She yelped a little when being stung but has been fine since except for eye goopiness and some redness of the eyes. Could this be a reaction to the stings?

I know dogs can get conjunctivitis too, but wondered if this could be an allergic reaction. She is fine other than that! (they got me too :tapfoot:)
