Did you ever wonder why your puppy ignores some things but chews like a maniac on others? For instance our boy, like any self respecting dog, chews our slippers. Yet my expensive hiking boots with even more expensive orthotics inside, sitting out in easy reach, are largely left alone except for infrequent lace chewing.
Last week he got ahold of the OH's wallet and chewed up some credit cards, (good boy) but has easy access to my purse which sits open, with wallet inside, and he has never touched it.
Oh wait, I got it. He somehow knows if he chews those two things I won't be able to take him some nice place by car to go for a walk? Doubt it.
