Several weeks ago, I asked for votes for a rescue to benefit from the raffle of this little blanket. The first vote was HOTLR and now it is time to raffle this cute blanket. The blanket is hand crocheted by myself and features a yellow lab on a chocolate background with a border of dog bones. It measures 35 inches long and a little over 31 inches wide. The design is by Maria Merlino. It is just the right size to warm your lap, or for a wheelchair bound person or even a special child in your life.



Here is how the raffle will work. Please visit the link below to purchase your chances by Paypal or for the address to mail in your chances. You get 2 chances for $5.00 and 5 chances for $10.00. Make sure you include in your Paypal info that this is for the raffle and include your board name and real name and how many chances you are purchasing. Margaret will then furnish me with the names and number of chances and I will give each of your chances a different number. The raffle will end on Monday, August 4th and as soon as I have all the names and numbers assigned, I will run a random number generator to select the winner. Once the winner is selected I will contact you for mailing information.

HOTLR like many southern rescues, is faced with the never ending battle against the almighty heartworm. Treatment for heartworms is expensive, so I am hoping that we sell lots of chances for the raffle and give HOTLR a little help.
