Dog Training : Puppy Questions - Please help!

I'll preface this with sorry it's so long, and an explanation. We are not breeders, and have no intention of being. No judgement against breeding, I just don't want to. This just seemed the best place for our questions.
We foster for a rescue group, and currently have five puppies, one litter of four 6-week-olds and one 9-week-old. The litter was rescued at two weeks old and hand fed by a volunteer until they were on solid food. Here's my questions:
1. At what age should we consider them available for adoption? We have adopters ready for the 9-week-old and one 6-week-old. However, none have had their boosters yet, and only the older puppy has had his first round of shots. We were thinking after 8 weeks (and full shots) for the younger puppies, but the adopter wants to pick her up after first round and accept responsibility for second round since she's been weaned. We're not going for it, but I wanted to get your advice.
2. Any tips for potty training five at once?
3. When are they old enough to begin crate training? Do you crate together or separately?
We've never had this many at once - usually just one puppy at a time and older puppies. The litter was a special circumstance, and we took the older since we had the others. I want to make sure these little guys - and girls - have the best start possible.
