Dog Health : anyone with dog health insurance?

been reading quite a bit and it seems that dogs get sick a lot too like people.
i was wondering how you guys pay for the bills. i would think that they're really expensive.

so does everyone have health insurance? what does it cover? how much a month and what provider?

im planning on getting a pup soon and i just want to have everything researched and ready.
