Dog Health : Roundworms - Emergency?

Ok, so Frankie is almost 8 months old, in good health, eating fine and acting fine. She was spayed a week and a half ago, we go back Wednesday to get her stitches out.

Yesterday I gave her her monthly Heartgard Plus and Frontline, and this morning there was definitely roundworms in her poop, it looked like she ate spaghetti.

They weren't moving, so I assume dead, and the Heartgard is what did this. We pick up all her stools, and there was definitely no worms yesterday.

Is this an emergency, and I'm rushing her on a Sunday to the one vet that's open and paying $1000 to get this treated, or can I call her vet tomorrow to discuss?

Thanks!
Rick
