My girl will be due for spaying in the next couple of weeks, and I have decided to have it done via laser surgery (smaller incision, faster healing, and I hope lesser chance of complications).
I've been calling around to different clinics to get an get an idea of cost, and have been quoted anywhere from approximately $300. to approx $500. for the procedure.
I'm a bit surprised at the price variance, and was wondering if I should be concerned that either the lower priced clinics are cutting corners, or the higher priced clinics are overcharging (or maybe I'm just being overly fretful).
Can anyone suggest specific questions for me to ask each vet that would help me to determine which would be the best clinic.
